While there are many things to do at Lake Tahoe, here are some of my personal recommendations for things to do in the summer: <br/>

I recently took a road trip to the northern end of Lake Tahoe and was mesmerized by the views! For those who don’t know, Lake Tahoe is a huge natural lake that borders Nevada and California. It’s a popular vacation spot and well known for skiing. In the summer there’s an array of activities to do including swimming in the lake, fishing, hiking, camping, and other water sports. There’s also casinos located on the Nevada side of the lake.

What I liked about Tahoe is that it had a really cool “cabin in the woods” vibe. The lake is surrounded by a variety of pine trees and mountains. All of the nature and wildlife around makes it feel surreal. At one point, we even saw a bear!

While there are many things to do at Lake Tahoe, here are some of my personal recommendations for things to do in the summer:

Sand Harbor Beach I recommend getting there by 8am in the morning because the parking lot fills up quickly. It’s one of the nicest beaches with some of the clearest waters.

Kings Beach Is a very nice part of the lake with a small pier and restaurants nearby.

Jasons Beachside Grille Had really good food and drinks with a great view of the lake. The French onion soup was my personal favorite!

Eagle Falls Trailhead Is a popular hike with nice views of nature and a waterfall.
