Happy 2024!!!

I wanted to wish everyone a Happy 2024. I’m extremely excited about the new year and just grateful to be alive in this moment. I feel like every new year is the beginning of a new era. A new chapter in life where you get to discover something different. I encourage everyone to create a vision board of all of your dreams and desires. For this year, I created a digital vision board and added it to the wallpaper on my phone so that I can always be reminded of my goals and to remember to keep striving for them. Last year, my main goal was to really get into the best physical shape. This year, I want to expand on that and eat a lot healthier and continue to get stronger. Let this be your reminder to stick with your goals this year. Remember, the time is going to pass by anyway, so make it worth it!
